Nepal

Nepal is a place of ethereal beauty and wonder. From sitting and gazing across the sacred lake in Pokhara, to buying treasures through the jumbled, busy streets of Kathmandu- Nepal is wonderful.

India

I was lucky enough to be able to return to India over the Summer.
India is a wonderful country. A place full of polarities and extremes.
I was blessed to see beautiful places and to experience the warmth and generosity of countless people.
Travelling through India is like a whirl wind- a wonderful explosion of everything there is to see in the world.
India epitomises the strength of character, complexity and beauty that the human condition can encompass.

I can't wait to go back again!

I shall.

Let life abide by my hopes and dreams

Let the skies become alight by my emotions

Let continents move

And let the earth shake.

Let me love with reckless abandon.

With all that i want to be, far over yonder

Let me clamour over mountains

Let me wade through the seas

Let me feel it all.

I will stand in front of beauty

Daring to be consumed

And sometimes I will allow it.

I shall run at the wind

And I shall be taken to the skies.

Abstraction # 2

Abstraction # 2
110 cm x 110 cm

Abstraction # 2 shall be shown in the group show, 'Reformation' at First Site Gallery in 2012!

The past year has been such a wonderful time of learning. I have been exploring my way throughout the depths and dimensions of color field abstraction. I have begun to experiment with video work- realising the potential and scope of different ideas and mediums that painting is able to encompass.
Critique and ideas are welcome.

Abstraction # 1

The culmination of my years work, recently exhibited in Six six Nine four.
